where algae or lichen is established  it may be necessary for use of detergents to get the best results. 

Soft Washing

render , stone work , composite cladding , wooden structers

Where pressure would damage the surface we can offer a detergent clean with a rinse.

this would be subject to a test patch in a inconspicuous area.
