Before any works commence we will take both  before and after  completion pictures for our own record. 

we will not accept any negative behaviour towards employees.

we will refuse to work on properties that are deemed unsafe or untidy,  for example; active building site , unsanitary or poor ingress and egress 

A deposit secures your booking of a specific date and time , if the works  is cancelled or rescheduled by  you the deposit will be lost and needed to be paid again 

You may still be charged the full  minimum charge  if not given a clear 24 hours notice via E-mail. 

All late payments will charged at 5% per day on top of the invoice or legal action may be taken. ( do not hesitate to speak to us if you have financial problems paying the invoice , we understand life changes everyday and other issues can occur)
